When receiving the error code “Not Authorized” while attempting to login, this normally indicates that there is incorrect entry of the Username or the Password, or a combination of the two.
In these instances, the best steps to take are the following:
1. Check that the Username (which is the email address linked to the player’s account) has been entered correctly, with no typos.
2. Check that the Password has been entered correctly, with no typos.
If unsure of the password used, just click on the link “Password Forgotten?” and enter the Registered Email Address linked to the account when prompted. A password reset link will be sent via email, which when clicked would direct you to a page to set a new password for the account.
However should the incorrect combination of Username and Password be entered 5 consecutive times, then the account will be automatically security-locked.
